Thank god they are letting us take out armorings and set bonuses, cause that JK armour looks terrible....Gotta admit that the end game armour in tor is some of the worst i've seen.

So if force clap is now passive on guardians im guessing the talent slot has been removed or changed, dosent mention it in the defence notes.
