No, Jamie, attacking the Welsh is mandatory - enshrined in the Jealhimet Constitution.

Talking of Guild Leader, what's the plan with that?

I was thinking, if people are willing of course, of keeping the leadership untill the new year, as sort of a transition period, untill a new permanent leader can be appointed. That way, people have got a few weeks to settle into the game. We should know by then where the guild is heading, wether people see a long term future for them in the game etc..and then we can sort out elections once the guild is settled into the game.

So, are people happy with that, or do you want to start elections now so we got a permanent leader ready for launch? Or, if anyone has any other ideas, please, speak up.

I'd be happy with Jerrick running things for as long as he wants too, shame we wont have Jealhimet though this time.

then we take an area and make it ours, noob..... just means we beat up anyone who strays into that area wearing the wrong colours (anything not red or purple). I think it could work...

I assume TOR will mean a resurface of the 'Dead Qula' joke? :P

Yup, but maybe, just maybe, we can have our own capital ship some time...The Jealhimet.

Found this while going through the darthhater website. It's from a developer Q & A with James Ohlen and Daniel Erickson at PAX east back in March this year....

Player housing/guild halls?
JO: Guild capital ship highly requested. Maybe at release, if not soon after.
DE: Ships replace housing for us. No one hangs at Leia's house. Probably won't make it into release.

Sounds promising, hope nothing has changed their minds since then.

Also, on the guild leadership, I will have a serious think about taking over permanently, if no one has any objections to that happening.

yeah i've seen mentioned a few times that they were wanting to get guild capital ships in quite soon, it's a playerbase favourite and makes sense in a social game.

I think leadership in SWTOR will have it quite easy, with no stuff like cities, housing to bring about conflict it should just be a case of making any big calls that are needed on events/raids. Do we know if there is any kind of inter-guild war options in the game?

This is from the same Q & A session the guild ship thing was taken.

Can you declare war on other guilds?
JO: Maybe after release.

Assuming that is what you meant Zum.
