K guys. Now we have been running ops for a few weeks, and got a fair few 50's, I was thinking of trying to get a 16 man op running sometime. And with work and such, it can be quite hard getting a day and time which suits everyone. So, before anything get's organised, was just wondering what is the best day and time for everyone to be on most weeks?

Any night suits me. I don't know if I could cope with three nights of raiding every week though, certainly not consecutive nights.

are the 16 mans a step up in difficulty or are they the same as hard mode?

i think we have barely got 16 in guild atm who have tried a regular raid let alone at a harder level. I know in theory 16 makes it easier but ideally we need folks who dont need a full explanation of each fight before it happens. Not sure if we have that yet or not.

For me personally from the 30th march onwards i'm not going to be around much for 2 weeks and in the lead up to that i've got builders in doing work and am back and forth across the country for meetings. so i can't really nail a date down if it's going to happen that soon, would just be able to say yes or no to a given date.

The 16-man's are easier than the 8-man's. They chose to do it that way due to the fact that it's more difficult to get 16 people together at the one time. I'd rather we were doing the 16's to be honest, it makes it easier to spread the loving between the new 50's (including alts).

Yeah i'd be keen to use Aletheia in a 16...(Atlas if we're REALLY desperate...But i think we've got enough tanks ;).

Dont be afraid to Pickup some randoms either, as nice as it is to have a full group oF JEAers, if we're a few short just ask around on RebCom or something :)

EDIT: Any day would do me really, just gimme a few days notice :)

The 16-man's are (significantly) harder atm, they want to make it easier because of the reasons you said but that's happening in a future patch (probably 1.2). Also the rewards are the same so it's more efficient to do 2 8-man groups.

It would be fun to attempt it once though :) I would suggest planning it well in advance, like 2 weeks notice or something and waiting for patch 1.2 which will be released sometime this month.

They need to get a move on with 1.2, the new end-game content isn't coming quickly enough.

Yeah, 1.2 is going to be a huge patch though, more info will be released today during the Guild summit.

Might have been better to split that patch up in 2 parts.
